PCDEPOT is a leading online retailer providing computer components and sell VoIP service, all across Playa del Carmen City. We were hired to develop a website with a eCommerce Platform Solutions called Magento. The main goal is offer a superior shopping experience, rapid delivery and stellar customer service of their products.
The most priority needs is increase the catalogs up to 4 thousand products given by the PCDEPOT's provider. For that reason, a script was developed which retrieve all the products available in a document, then, that document would be imported to PCDEPOT's eCommerce to update the catalogs.
The kind of information that give the provider API are: images, product detail and exchange rate. Furthermore, the eCommerce manager can change the price whenever he wants.
